By doing so, organizations are now able to hire better and faster while increasing the retention and output of staff company-wide.
Adam’s 30 year career in Talent Acquisition and People position him as an expert in Recruitment, Retention, and Leadership Development. Adam has spent decades improving companies’ ability to interview, hire, and retain staff, while making processes more transparent and participant friendly.
He has worked at organizations of all sizes, from founding teams to thousands of employees and was a key member of Google’s early talent team as they scaled from 1,100 to 60,000. While not working or enjoying the cinema, you can find Adam chasing his two young boys around New York City.
